2016

• Purchase of 39 % United Energy Energy Company share.

2018

• Establishment of Khazar Energy and Industrial Development Co. and preliminary agreements with Austrian company Metecno to attract foreign investment for the construction of Anamis combined cycle power plant.
• Establishment of Machine Sazi Khorramabad Co. (MSK), purchase of the factory premises for this company, and partnership with BHI Company to acquire HRSG technology.
• Establishment of Khazar Supply and Trading Group Company to export Iranian competitive goods abroad 

2019

• Establishment of Sahand Energy Developers Company for the construction and installation of mechanical and electrical equipment in power plants, transmission lines, and refineries.
• Restructuring of the company into KHAZAR Holding with a majority stake in four active companies .

2020

• Purchase of MSL, renovation and repair of the industrial site, adding new equipment, and capital increase.

2021

• Acquisition of Comar Sanaat Co. by purchasing the majority of its shares, adding it to Khazar Holding’s subsidiaries.

2023

• Merger of MSL and MSK into a single company, now known as Machine Sazi Lorestan (MSL), with the goal of consolidating advanced equipment and unifying the extensive 16-hectare physical space.
