• Purchase of 39 % United Energy Energy Company share.

2018

• Increase the company’s capital to 250 billion rials.
• Establishment of Khazar Energy and Industrial Development Co. and preliminary agreements to partner with Austrian company Metecno and attract foreign capital to build Anamis combined cycle power plant.
• Establishment of Machine Sazi Khorramabad (MSK) Company and purchase of factory area for this company and partnership with BHI Company to obtain HRSG technology.
• Establishment of Khazar Supply & Trading Group for exporting Iranian advantageous goods abroad.

2019

• Establishment of Sahand Energy Developers Company on the subject of construction and installation of mechanical and electrical equipment in power plants, transmission lines and refineries.
• Restructuring of the company to KHAZAR holding with a majority stake of four active companies.
• Investment and participation in the construction of Residential and Commercial Project : Seashine , located in Anzali ,Gilan Province.

2020

• Purchasing and renovation of the Machine Sazi Lorestan.
